This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment. A background investigation and credit check are required. Are you willing to undergo pre-employment and recurring investigations to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance as required?

This position requires the completion of a pre-employment Physical Examination and an annual examination thereafter to ensure the continued, required level of physical health & ability or fitness to perform the duties of the position. Are you willing to submit to a pre-employment physical and willing to maintain a level of physical fitness to obtain and maintain employment as required?

The duties of this position meet the criteria for compliance with Federal and Department of the Army Drug Free Workplace Programs. Detection of the presence of drugs is warranted. This position is subject to a pre-employment screening, and random testing thereafter, to include testing based on reasonable suspicion and testing due to direct involvement with an on-duty accident. Are you willing to refrain from the use of illegal drugs and submit to a pre-employment drug screening and random testing thereafter to obtain and maintain employment in this position?

This position is subject to the provisions of the Domestic Violence Offender Gun Ban commonly referred to as the Lautenberg Amendment. This act bans individuals convicted of misdemeanor domestic violence and certain others from possession or access to firearms or ammunition. (False or fraudulent information provided by candidates is criminally punishable by fine or imprisonment per 18 U.S.C. Section 1001). Are you willing and able to obtain and maintain eligibility for this position based on the provisions of the Lautenberg Amendment?

This position requires you to obtain and maintain a base forklift operator's license. Are you willing to meet this requirement?

This position performs duties which involve the control, accountability, and shipment of arms, ammunition, and explosives (AA&E). Incumbent must maintain AA&E Security Certification and Screening in accordance with AR 190-11. Are you willing to maintain AA&E Certification?
7.
Must complete and maintain required training in accordance with AMC-R 350-4 (Training and Certification Program for Personnel Working in Ammunition Operations) within 2 years of appointment. Are you willing to complete and maintain the required training?
8.
Incumbent must obtain and maintain a valid, state-issued driver’s license. Are you willing to obtain and maintain a valid state driver’s license?
9.
This position requires shift work to provide coverage on evenings, weekends, holidays, or special situations. Employee shifts are rotated on a regularly scheduled basis. Are you willing and able to work on a rotating shift basis to meet work requirements?
10.
Position requires temporary duty (TDY) business travel approximately 20% of the time to include CONUS and OCONUS locations. Are you willing to travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations?
11.
Position requires the ability to obtain and maintain an Official US Passport. Are you willing to obtain and maintain an Official US Passport?
12.
Position requires specific immunizations for foreign travel. Are you willing to meet this requirement?
