Develop or maintain organizational hygiene programs (e.g., noise surveys, continuous atmosphere monitoring, ventilation surveys, asbestos management plans) to support safe operations.

Evaluate physical and chemical hazards (e.g., noise, ergonomics, ionizing, non-ionizing radiation, asbestos, or similar hazards) to identify potentially hazardous environmental conditions.

Evaluate monitoring data to present a complete report of findings and recommended solutions.

Participate in studies and investigations related to environmental factors and stresses within an occupational health program.
13.
Interpret occupational health codes and regulations to resolve issues of deficiencies, inadequacies, or conflicts in an occupational health program.

Research information on hazardous conditions within work environment.
15.
Use occupational safety and health standards to develop controlling strategies for workplace hazards.

Analyze findings and recommend corrective measures to promote a safe work environment.
