GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Do you possess the experience, education, or training which indicates the candidate can reason in quantitative terms, communicate orally and in writing, in a clear and concise manner, while understanding the terminology and data pertaining to maintenance operations and process characteristics of the production control activities?

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE (GS-07): Do you possess the required one year of specialized experience at the GS-6 grade level or civilian equivalent, which includes: 1) Experience with a general knowledge of the functions and procedures of production control, records, systems (i.e., GCSS-ARMY), references, and techniques for developing production control data; 2) Experience assisting or maintaining workflow and maintenance operations?

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE (GS-09): Do you possess the required one year of specialized experience at the GS-7 grade level or civilian equivalent, which includes: 1) The experience, education or training scheduling workflow in more than one area and responsible for coordinating products or materials from support activities; 2) Experience in performing or supervising journeyman level work in a production facility; 3) Experience preparing job or work orders; scheduling various phases of projects into the production facility; following up to see if work is progressing as planned and arranging for adjustments in materials, machine processes, and work sequencing allowing for changes; and 4) Experience with current automation support programs to input data, provide status of equipment, and monitor job order status, monitor work priorities, requisition repair parts, track repair parts status, etc?

Practical knowledge of production control procedures and operations sufficient to collect, compile, correlate, and maintain production data within a database/system such as GCSS-ARMY.

Comprehensive knowledge of policies, regulations, and processes governing production control operations to carry out established production assignments.
6.
General knowledge of equipment, such as, combat vehicles, armored personnel carriers, towed and self propelled artillery, engineer and power generating equipment, tactical vehicles, etc., to correct and analyze a variety of routine production data and processes.
7.
Prepare production schedules and reporting data.

Familiar with the various types of wheeled construction and combat equipment, capabilities, and repairs supported by the field maintenance shop.
9.
Practical knowledge of researching, ordering, funding, receiving, and issuing parts and supplies using on-line programs.
10.
Ability to work in a team environment to maximize efficiency and customer support, while adhering to organizational regulations and guidance.
11.
Knowledge of automation support programs to input data, provide status of equipment, monitor job order status, monitor work priorities, requisition repair parts, track repair parts status.
12.
Working knowledge of unit readiness, equipment-reporting requirements, reportable systems management as prescribed by the current regulations.
13.
Utilize current automation programs to produce readiness reports with a high degree of accuracy.
14.
