1. Select the one statement below that best describes the experience that you possess that demonstrates your ability to perform the work of an IT Specialist (SYSADMIN/PLCYPLN) at the NH-04 grade level or equivalent pay band in the Federal service.

A. I have one year specialized experience equivalent to the NH-03 pay band or equivalent GS-13 grade level in the Federal service that includes: 1) Leading System Applications and Products (SAP) Design, configuration, debugging, performance tuning, test or implement solution for a complex system landscape using SAP; 2) Resolving functional software issues related to Systems Applications Products (SAP) applications configuration or performance tuning within the Procurement, Inventory Management/Warehouse Management (IM/WM) Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and/or Material Requirements Planning business areas; 3) Optimizing processes by analysis of customer requirements in compliance with regulatory guidance; and 4) Guiding a team by overseeing design solutions and problem analysis for Systems Applications Products (SAP) for SAP Processes which may include but is not limited to Enterprise Resource Planning Central Component (ECC), Advanced Planner and Optimizer (APO), or Extended Warehouse Management (EMW) Procurement, Inventory Management/Warehouse Management (IM/WM) Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and/or Material Requirements Planning business areas. AND In addition to the specialized experience, I have Information Technology related experience demonstrating each of the four competencies listed below based on the grade level required of the position being filled: (1) Attention to Detail – Is thorough when performing work and conscientious about attending to detail. (2) Customer Service – Works with clients and customers (that is, any individuals who use or receive the services or products that your work unit produces, including the general public, individuals who work in the agency, other agencies, or organizations outside the Government) to assess their needs, provide information or assistance, resolve their problems, or satisfy their expectations; knows about available products and services; is committed to providing quality products and services. (3) Oral Communication – Expresses information (for example, ideas or facts) to individuals or groups effectively, taking into account the audience and nature of the information (for example, technical, sensitive, controversial); makes clear and convincing oral presentations; listens to others, attends to nonverbal cues, and responds appropriately. (4) Problem Solving – Identifies problems; determines accuracy and relevance of information; uses sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and to make recommendations.
