QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

GS-14 SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: You must have one (1) year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes: Experience applying legal, tax accounting, and Federal laws, regulations and precedent decisions and preparing, reviewing or applying rulings, advisory letters, memoranda, etc., related to Internal Revenue Code (IRC) Section 6103, the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) 5 U.S.C. 552, and/or the Privacy Act (PA) of 1974, 5 U.S.C. 552a. Experience utilizing legal research, analysis, and preparation of briefs or similar documents including interpreting laws and regulations. Experience serving as a privacy professional or government information specialist that required application of IRC 6103, FOIA, PA, and/or related Federal laws.
