  • A former TSA Transportation Security Officer (TSO) eligible for rehiring priority under the Priority Employment Program (PEP);
  • An applicant for a Transportation Security Officer (TSO) position who has had my enter-on-duty (EOD) date delayed or offer rescinded due to a workforce reduction or anticipated reduction eligible for priority consideration under the Priority Employment Program (PEP).

To qualify for the SV-I pay band (equivalent to the GS-13 grade level), your application must clearly outline one year of specialized experience at the SV-H pay band or GS-12 grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private sector. Experience maintaining program records, preparing and submitting status/update reports, memorandums of record for internal and external stakeholders, and developing information papers, briefings, and program summaries as needed.
