1. Select the one statement that best describes the education and/or experience that you possess that demonstrates your ability to perform the work of a Quality Assurance Specialist at the NH-03 grade level or equivalent pay band in the Federal Service.

A. I possess one year of specialized experience at the NH-02 or GS-11 grade level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service, military or private sector. My creditable specialized experience includes: Applying the full range of principles, concepts, and methodologies related to the quality assurance functional programs; Establishing process measurement points and statistical techniques/methods to measure, analyze, and continuously improve processes; Applying process-related practices, methods, and techniques such as statistical analysis; control and sampling; process proofing; and quality data analysis, in order to evaluate Government and contractor data and determine contractor compliance with the many aspects of quality control; and Performing investigations of defective material for cause and corrective action and initiate process improvements with the contractor as needed.

B. I do not possess the required level of specialized experience to qualify for this position.
