A. I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 level in the Federal service which includes: (1) Reviewing construction plans and specifications, (2) Maintaining daily records of contractor work inspected, and (3) Monitoring contractor performance.

B. I do not possess the experience described above.
