Do you possess the ability to manage oversight to budget process, plan, program, allocate and execute funds, and guidance to the budget formulation and execution process for the Directors of Aviation, J3 Joint & Domestic Operations and assist the Financial Manager with travel vouchers?

Do you possess the knowledge of Cooperative Agreements within the J3 funding program, prepare for and provide summary reports on annual funding programs for Aviation and J3 accounts to the Financial Manager?
