This job opportunity announcement is open to current, permanent Army employees that would occupy the position under a time-limited promotion, reassignment or change to lower grade not to exceed (NTE). You are eligible in this category if you fall into one of the following:
• ARMY CIVILIAN EMPLOYEES SERVING ON A PERMANENT APPOINTMENT. You must submit a copy of your most recent SF-50, Notification of Personnel Action. Block 24 of your SF-50 must be a "1" or "2" AND block 34 must be a"1." Army employees can access their SF-50 at: MyBiz.

This is a time-limited promotion, reassignment or change to lower grade scheduled Not to Exceed 28 June 2027 by a current permanent Army employee. Time-limited promotions may be extended up to a maximum of five years. Time-limited reassignments and changes to lower grade may exceed five years, however return rights may be impacted. This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment. A background investigation and credit check are required. Are you willing to undergo pre-employment and recurring investigations to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance as required?

Give briefings too a variety of audiences on the progress of on-going and future master planning actions.
15.
Oversee the development of new project documentation associated with community growth.
16.
Coordinate with other project counterparts planning and project information.
17.
Establish project scope and criteria, schedules and milestones, budgets, dependencies and responsibilities of the participating parties, assumptions and risks, contingencies, and performance measurement criteria for projects.
18.
Make recommendations on complex planning problems related to a variety of issues involving conflict factors, economic growth, and the social and cultural welfare of communities.
19.
Maintain detailed status charts of projects progress.
20.
Initiate change as need to the installations project management master plan to ensure it's in line with the projects intended outcome.
21.
Review all site projects that may have impact on the community's master plan.
