Eligibilities
1. Are you a current Permanent (Tenure 1 OR 2) full-time Dual Status Army National Guard Technician within the state for which this position is being advertised?

To verify your eligibility, you must submit a copy of your Notification of Personnel Action, Standard Form 50 (SF 50) reflecting your Tenure status in Block 24 (1, 2, or 3). 

Lateral requests must be a current full-time Tennessee National Guard PERMANENT (Tenure 1 or Tenure 2) on-board employee, in the same occupational series, same pay grade or higher and meet the qualification requirements for the position blocks 16-18 will reflect Occupational Series Code and grade level.

Current requirements:
Be between the ages of 17 and 35

3. In case of system failure, make quick fixes to restore operations, then analyze problems, develop recommendations, and work with other staff to implement changes. (limit characters)

Support users on equipment and software; custom installation and maintenance of hardware and software; investigating and resolving problems arising in the user operation of equipment/systems to extent possible before referring more difficult problems to the appropriate levels; documenting actions taken in Remedy ITSM or the current work ticket tracking system; and serving as a point of information for workstation operations.
