2. FOR GS-14: Do you possess at least one full year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service OR equivalent public or private sector experience performing the following duties: 1. Configuring, installing, maintaining, troubleshooting and operating switching, routing and firewall Information Technology Network infrastructure; 2. Performing work in the integration of Voice Over IP (VOIP) applications and technology with enterprise network architecture. 3. Participating in the design and support Session Initiation Protocol, (SIP)-based VOIP telephone systems; 4. Interfacing with Telecom service providers to ensure delivery, operation, and sustainment of telephone/network services; AND 5.
