This job opportunity announcement is open to current, permanent Army employees that would occupy the position under a time-limited promotion, reassignment or change to lower grade not to exceed (NTE). You are eligible in this category if you fall into one of the following:
• ARMY CIVILIAN EMPLOYEES SERVING ON A PERMANENT APPOINTMENT. You must submit a copy of your most recent SF-50, Notification of Personnel Action. Block 24 of your SF-50 must be a "1" or "2" AND block 34 must be a"1." Army employees can access their SF-50 at: MyBiz.
• ARMY CIVILIAN EMPLOYEES SERVING ON AN EXCEPTED SERVICE VETERANS RECRUITMENT APPOINTMENT (VRA). If you are eligible in this category, you are required to submit an SF-50 showing current Army Excepted Service VRA appointment (block 24 must be a "1" or "2" AND block 34 must be a"2.").

This is a Temporary Promotion position intended to last 1 year. A temporary promotion position may be extended to a maximum of five years and may be terminated at any time during the duration of the appointment, depending upon the needs of management. Are you available for temporary employment?

Regularly coordinate with high-level officials from various government organizations to resolve conflicts regarding various items, such as: regulatory/statutory provisions, objectives, and remediation.

Work closely with high-level stakeholders/Community of practice in order to ensure good communication regarding high visibility environmental programs.
17.
Represent the organization/present organization's position during various meetings with numerous high-level stakeholders.
18.
Speak as the environmental program SME at national meetings, such as: conferences, congressional hearings, committee meetings.
