2. Position requires constant standing, walking, pushing carts loaded with foods, dishes, etc.  Required to lift up to 30 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.

3. Incumbent is exposed to extreme temperatures due to steam and heart from cooking and cold from walk-in freezers/refrigerators.  Can be exposed to minor cuts, bruises, burns, spills and falls from slippery or greasy floors.
