Perform analysis and lead projects in support of OSI activities with focused analysis in order to evaluate the significance of the information collected.

Evaluate both classified and unclassified information to understand adversary strengths, weaknesses and centers of gravity.
16.
Conduct research, evaluate, analyze and make recommendations on complex assignments to fuse multi-source information from intelligence disciplines (HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, and OSINT) to satisfy a broad range of customer requirements, within assigned areas of responsibility.
17.
Apply IC and DoD analytic tradecraft standards, sourcing requirements, information-sharing standards, and protection guidance during all classified and unclassified research, analysis, production, and fusion activities.
18.
Apply independent judgment in balancing the operational need for accuracy and expediency in satisfying production objectives.
19.
Manage intelligence production, participate in the direction, coordination, review and evaluation of counterintelligence TP activities within OSI, and coordinates those activities with DoD and national-level agencies.
20.
Use experience, critical thinking, and independent judgment to develop and implement the best methods or approaches to meet timelines and accuracy of production needs.
21.
Provide recommendations to functional authority on counterintelligence issues for Agency leadership.
22.
Serves as an expert for an intelligence function, process, program, or system.
