This job opportunity announcement is open to current, permanent Army employees that would occupy the position under a time-limited promotion, reassignment or change to lower grade not to exceed (NTE). You are eligible in this category if you fall into one of the following:
• ARMY CIVILIAN EMPLOYEES SERVING ON A PERMANENT APPOINTMENT. You must submit a copy of your most recent SF-50, Notification of Personnel Action. Block 24 of your SF-50 must be a "1" or "2" AND block 34 must be a"1." Army employees can access their SF-50 at: MyBiz.

This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment. A background investigation and credit check are required. Are you willing to undergo pre-employment and recurring investigations to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance as required?

This is a Term position scheduled to last 2 years. A term position may be extended to a maximum of six years depending upon the needs of management. Are you available for term employment?

Appointment to this position is subject to a one year probationary period unless the appointee has previously met the requirements as described in 5 CFR Part 315. While probationary the incumbent can be terminated with limited appeal rights. Are you willing to serve a one year probationary period?

Apply operational fundamentals of the contract to ensure contractor complies with the established terms.

Coordinate ongoing inspections to review the contractor operations.

Monitor the medical health tracking system using health care portals to ensure all data is in compliance with policies.
18.
Perform medical health system studies using health care portals to determine readiness posture in the organization.
19.
Utilize health care portals to collect, evaluate and/or create reports to meets the organization mission.
20.
Manage surveillance activities of the medical health system program to forecast projections in the organization.
21.
Provide guidance in all areas of the medical health system program to subordinates.
