1. Do you possess experience or training which demonstrates your knowledge of basic electrical and mechanical principles; knowledge of troubleshooting procedures used to isolate malfunctions in aircraft pneudraulic systems; and ability to use technical manuals, equipment specifications, and test calibration procedures in performing the work.

2. Do you possess 12 months experience which provided a knowledge or training of basic electrical and mechanical principles. Experience in fabricating fuel, oil, and vacuum hose lines. Experience in inspection, repair and maintenance of aircraft fuel cells, water injection, and inflight refueling systems. Utilizing extensive knowledge of fuel systems maintenance practices and procedures, incumbent troubleshoots the systems and determines extent and type of preventive and/or repair maintenance required and performs all necessary repairs, installation, and operational checks. Experience in mechanical repairs using hand tools and test equipment. Experience that demonstrates the ability to interpret technical manuals, specifications, and publications. (limit characters)

3. Performs organizational and intermediate maintenance on aircraft fuel systems, components, and equipment to include fuel cells, drop tanks, regulators, pumps, relief valves and fuel accessories. (limit characters)
4. Performs required maintenance activities associated with time compliance technical orders (TCTC) involving aircraft fuel systems, inflight refueling systems and related components. (limit characters)
5. Knowledge of aircraft structure and the relationship of aircraft fuel systems to the structure and to other aircraft systems and ability to operate test panels and ground power equipment. (limit characters)
6. Connects power sources, and using cockpit controls, gauges and additional precision instruments, performs operational and functional checks of inflight refueling, single point refueling and fuel transfer systems and related valves, pumps, switches, selectors, and control devices. 7. Performs leak check of aircraft fuel systems by visual inspection or by removal of panels and dye tracing fuel leaks. (limit characters)
8. Determines serviceability of fuel cell sealant and replaces it when required. (limit characters)
9. Examines faulty components and determines feasibility of repair, replacement and/or need for submitting unsatisfactory reports. (limit characters)

Diagnose malfunctions and overhaul pneudraulic accessories by disassembling, and examining parts for corrosion, wear, scratches,cracks, or other damage, replacing gaskets and worn parts, reassemble accessories, and adjust and test to insure proper operation inaccordance with specifications, (limit characters)
