Experience, education or training involving administration of supply management, storage, cataloging, packaging and distribution or other work which provided the applicant with a general knowledge of one or more aspects of the supply field. Experience using computer and automation systems.

GS-11: Do you possess 1-year specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade. supervising and/or managing supply personnel and a variety of supply functions. Knowledge on the entire inventory management supply system. Experience coordinating with other organizations on complex and controversial supply issues. Experience providing advice and guidance on supply regulations to upper levels of management regarding supply functions. Experience analyzing, developing, evaluating to improve supply programs, policies, procedures, techniques, etc.

Perform analysis on a wide range of technical squadron functions by analyzing historical and current data and identifying deficiencies or potential problems during surveillance or staff assistance visits.

Evaluate unexpected fluctuations or trends in statistics, resolve discrepancies, and make recommendations for change when problems are identified that adversely affect operations.
5.
Utilize computer software programs, spreadsheets, databases and graphics to collect, organize, analyze, display, and/or brief management information.
6.
Monitor inventory losses by analysis of inventory discrepancies, adjustments, and trends to ensure the integrity of the base resources management system.
7.
Perform analysis on incoming and outgoing reports to ensure the effectiveness of the Supply Discrepancy Report (SDR) program
8.
Manage the General Support Division (GSD) and monitor the Material Support Division (MSD) of the Air Force Supply Management Activity Group (SMAG) at base level.
9.
Brief supervisors and managers in the interpretation of supply/financial management data reports
10.
Coordinate with the GLSC funds manager for the approval of free issue, forced credit turn-ins, and adjusted stock level requests.
11.
Analyze and forecast financial data to the Wing Finance function, Financial Management Board, and Maintenance Group regarding impact of Stock Number User Directory (SNUD) price changes that affect obligations.
12.
Prepare and manage operating budget for squadron cost centers
