1. This position is in the Arizona Army National Guard and requires membership with the Arizona Army National Guard. This position is open to the U.S. Armed Forces and those eligible in becoming a member with the Arizona Army National Guard.

5. 36 months experience, education, or training which includes identifying activities involving logistical support operations. Experience integrating the actions of a variety of specialized support activities in order to develop a comprehensive logistics plan. Experience monitoring such functions as program planning, resource and fiscal management, training, manpower management, and/or automated data processing to meet the logistics plan. Experience identifying delays or problems and developing corrective actions. Experience in managing the function of the work to be performed. Experience which includes leading, directing and assigning work of personnel.

1. Ability to collaborate with the WAATS Commander, WAATS staff, and supported unit commanders to plan, develop, and implement long and short term plans to effectively use aircraft and flying hours, and to accomplish vital training and operational missions. (limit characters)
2. Knowledge and ability to review aircraft maintenance and related material support requirements with respect to specific objectives, relative priorities, capabilities, and limitations. (limit characters)
3. Ability to develop action plans, internal policies, and procedures to assure timely, effective, and complete maintenance support for units, facility, state, National Guard Bureau (NGB), and DA mission requirements. (limit characters)
4. Knowledge and ability to oversee the preparation and execution of budgets for man-days and funds to resource WAATS logistics requirements. (limit characters)
5. Ability to establish work performance standards for supervisors and key personnel and coordinates annual performance evaluations. (limit characters)
