Eligibilities
1. All on-board federal employees/technicians (Tenure 1, 2 or 3 National Guard employees) within the state for which you are applying (Title 32 and Title 5, Permanent and Excepted Indefinite).  Are you a current on-board federal employee or technician within the state for which this position is being advertised?

1. Do you have 36 months or 1 year at the next lower grade level specialized experience which provides system administration, database administration, software application development and customer support for a wide variety of standardized information management applications used throughout the state? Experience and knowledge of information technology principles, concepts and methods. Information Technology includes systems and services used in the automated acquisition, storage, manipulation, management, movement, control, display, switching, interchange, transmission, security, or reception of information. Also included are computers, network components, peripheral equipment, software, firmware, services, and related resources. Experience in performing two-grade interval work for which the paramount requirement is knowledge of Information Technology (IT) principles, concepts and methods are covered by the GS-2210 series. The work of this position involves participating in the planning and coordinating installation, testing, operation, troubleshooting and maintenance of hardware and software systems. The work over which the position has supervisory responsibilities reflect the type of planning, development and administration that are consistent with the GS-2210 series as described in the standard and referenced appeal. Experience in applying knowledge of IT principles, concepts and methods in carrying out these duties, thus he/she is performing information technologist specialist duties. Experience in managing the function of the work to be performed. 2. Duties include oversight of ATCTS and accreditation of all systems IAW with all command, Army, JS and DOD security directives, policies and procedures. (limit characters)
