GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Do you possess experience, education or training involving administration of supply management, storage, cataloging, packaging and distribution or other work which provide a general knowledge of one or more aspects of the supply field; Experience using computer and automation systems?

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Do you possess specialized experience for the GS-09 Level which includes at least 1-year specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade; Demonstrated ability researching documents or other resources to coordinate inventory requirements; Knowledge of stock levels, inventory, shipping, receiving, requisitioning and requirements of supplies and equipment; Experience involving the control of supply stocks and accounting for equipment; Knowledge of supply management, cataloging, maintenance, and disposal procedures; Experience which required person-to-person contacts to convey information and ability to compile reports, letters, memoranda, etc.; Demonstrated experience with cost estimates, budgets, or funding management; Experience conducting extensive and exhaustive searches for required information; reconstruct records for complex supply transactions; and/or provide supply operations support for supply activities?

Verify accountability of all capital equipment, nuclear related equipment, Communications Security (COMSEC) equipment, and perform a 10% random sample of remaining accountable assets.
4.
Identify and analyze needs for reduced/increased equipment authorizations and significant technical changes.
5.
Identify, analyze, interpret, and apply equipment allowance criteria to support assigned mission(s), weapons system(s), and other base equipment authorizations.
6.
Identify unserviceable assets and determine the need and feasibility of contract or other maintenance.
7.
Ensure deployed custodians are appointed and trained and understand what actions are required upon arrival at deployed location.
8.
Evaluate training needs of assigned subordinates, both full time and drill status personnel, and develop and administer required training.
9.
Plan, conduct, and coordinate equipment changes based on acquisitions of new weapons systems or changes in unit mission and supported functions.
10.
Review and analyze data from which budget estimates are developed pertaining to equipment requirements.
11.
Ensure accountability of equipment assets purchased with the GPC and/or through Base Contracting.
12.
Provide the responsible officer and the responsible officer's group and wing commanders with a written report that identifies strengths, findings and observations.
13.
Measure schedule effectiveness to ensure organizational visits are conducted annually and brief schedule effectiveness to Materiel Management Flight Chief and LRS/CC.
14.
Meet with customers to assess customer satisfaction, explain organization policy and procedures, and to resolve significant and/or potential problems.
