9. Establish and implement Customer Service Center (Help Desk) to receive trouble calls and complaints from all supported customers. (limit characters)
10. Consult with users and managers to determine specific locations and requirements for the particular system installation. (limit characters)
11. Direct, recommend, and implement remedial actions to correct problems or deficiencies. (limit characters)
12. Consider and advise all participants (internal and external), suppliers, and contractors of changes and coordinates changes to reprogram or reschedule intended projects to meet mission requirements. (limit characters)
13. Provide highly complex technical and operational solutions that support unique command and control telecommunications systems requirements. (limit characters)
14. Ensure formulation of comprehensive training plans for each function and specialty within the section. (limit characters)
