This job opportunity announcement is open to current, permanent Army employees that would occupy the position under a time-limited promotion, reassignment or change to lower grade not to exceed (NTE). You are eligible in this category if you fall into one of the following:

Perform critical analysis of data from automated information systems and schedules, to effectively evaluate quality and report compliance in accordance with regulations and guidelines.
23.
Utilize Automated Information System (AIS) tools to develop reports used to measure and track data quality and overall project performance.
24.
Assist management, project managers, and project team members to understand and accept scheduling concepts, theory and alternative approaches in scheduling project activities.
25.
Coordinate with staff and management to provide expert Project management support with respect to project scope, schedule, and budget development.
