Best Qualified Criteria
1. Do you possess demonstrated proficiency in understanding Non-Appropriated Fund Operations to include NAF Major Construction (NAFMC) and Capital Purchase Minor Construction (CPMC); and Annual Operating Budgets (AOB) to include execution and accounting processes? (limit characters)
2. Do you possess demonstrated proficiency in preparing higher-level of financial and budgetary NAF execution reports/analysis for leadership decision making? (limit characters)
3. Do you possess at least (3) three years demonstrated experience at garrison and/or region financial management office working with the standard NAF management information systems (MIS) such as FMBS, SMIRF, SNACS? (limit characters)
4. Do you possess verifiable proficiency in the use of Excel, PowerPoint, and familiar with Power BI through your resume? (limit characters)
