Are you currently an Enlisted Member (E4/SPC - E9/SGM) or a Warrant Officer (W1/WO1-W5/CW5) or a Commissioned Officer (O1/2LT-O3/CPT) in the Virginia Army National Guard?

Accepting a Title 32 Federal Technician position disqualifies you from continued receipt of any bonuses that you either currently may be entitled to or may be entitled to in the future while you are employed as a Title 32 Federal Technician including the Student Loan Repayment Program (SLRP). Also, Federal Technicians cannot use Tricare.

Do you have at least 12 months of specialized experience, equivalent to at least the GS-8 level, or equivalent pay band in other pay systems in the Federal government? This experience may also have been obtained in the private sector, but must demonstrate that it is comparable to the GS grade indicated. This experience must include activities such as:
- Experience in serving as the functional point of contact for day-to-day budget/financial issues.
- Experience in performing budget formulation work involving review and preparation of budget estimates and financial plans.
- Experience in performing budget execution and administration work involving the monitoring of obligations incurred and the actual expenditures of funds.
- Experience in providing advice, assistance, and guidance on budgeting and related information and conducts analyses, reviews and special studies of budget and/or related information.
