Knowledge of the laws, regulations, Executive Orders, court decisions, and issues related to the IG complaints process, which include Fraud, Waste, and Abuse disclosures, the Freedom of Information Act and the Privacy Act. Knowledge of a variety of well-precedential assignments, which are moderately difficult, complex, or sensitive. Knowledge of evaluation, analysis, fact-finding, and investigative techniques to gather data, identify significant factors, and provide or recommend a solution from possible alternatives. Knowledge of, and skill in applying, a wide range of complex inspection, investigation, and/or compliance principles, concepts, and practices; administrative and legal procedures; and statistical and financial analyses.
