2. ABILITY TO DO THE WORK OF A MOTOR VEHICLE OPEATOR WITHOUT MORE THAN NORMAL SUPERVISION. (SCREEN OUT ELEMENT) I have the ability to independently perform tasks common to motor vehicle operation as a professional driver with not more than normal supervision; operating several types and classes of motor vehicles including buses, trucks, lift trucks, box trucks with lifts, passenger vans, patient transport vehicles, cargo vans, towing, wheelchair buses, passenger shuttle buses, combination vehicles with weights which typically have an approximate gross vehicle weight of more than 26,000 pounds and up to 37,000 pounds; performs routine preventive maintenance checks, washing, cleaning and service of all vehicles. I have operated various types of motor vehicles such as in; transports patients, wheelchairs, station visitors, specimens, prescriptions, medications, prosthetic equipment, supplies, laundry, and other items and materials essential to patient care; inspected vehicles before operating them to ensure that they are clean and in safe operating condition; I have operated wheeled vehicles, wheel-mounted tractors; or engineering and construction equipment with wheeled or crawler-type traction; I have driven vehicles in restricted traffic environments on government installations, over public roads and highways, or under cross-country conditions; I am capable of determining the best route to take depending upon the size and weight of the vehicle.
