- Expertise in congressional procedures and processes to formulate, implement, and lead congressional activities.
- Preparing legal memoranda, legislative documents, explanatory materials, congressional testimony, executive-quality correspondence, speeches, and reports.
- Assessing complex information to identify key issues and appropriate solutions.
- Staffing a judicial or legislative committee or working with judges, legislators, or executive-level officials
