Applicants must have 1 year (52 weeks) of specialized experience at the next lower band level, or equivalent to PT-II, PE-IIA, CS-II or GS-13 grade level in the Federal Service, which has equipped the applicant with the skills and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of the position.
Specialized experience is defined as demonstrated experience in conducting quality control tasks on written communications on complex and high-risk assignments to include reviewing and analyzing draft products prior to publication, ensuring documents are in alignment with federal and organizational standards and coaching staff to develop clear and concise written content.
