Experience or training with responsibility for ensuring the reliability, accessibility and security of the information systems including all associated hardware and software systems. Experience, training, or knowledge with security of and operations in cyberspace and encompasses the full range of threat reduction, vulnerability reduction, deterrence and intelligence missions as they relate to securing the global information and communication infrastructure.
