2. Provide support by analyzing, evaluating, advising on, and/or coordinating health care delivery operations to support improvements in the effectiveness and efficiency of patient care.

3. Oversee budgetary responsibilities as they pertain to all clinical service including FTEE, overtime monitoring, and productivity review and analysis.

Act as liaison with administrative, clinical managers and staff to provide oversight in the design, development, integration implementation and modification of a variety of management effectiveness programs e.g. clinic practice management, quality improvement, labor mapping, staffing methodology, occurrence screening, utilization review, risk management, Veteran Centered Care, patient inquiry control, patient satisfaction, boards of investigation, internal control reports related resource allocation issues, and/or clinical pertinence reviews for all providers.

5. Develop an understanding of the need for and maintain an awareness of available resources in terms of financial, space and human resources, and make recommendations to Clinical and Administrative leadership regarding these needs and distribution or redistribution of these resources.
