1. This position requires selectee to satisfactorily complete all background checks in accordance with PL 101-647 to include National Agency Check with Written Inquiries (NACI). If access to Government computer, databases, and/or systems is required in the performance of duties, the incumbent must pass SF- 86/Eligibility for Secret Clearance upon hire and periodically thereafter as a condition of employment. Best describe your experience with Department of Defense (DoD), Department of the Navy (DoN), and Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC) financial management regulations, particularly in the management of Appropriated Fund (APF) and Non-Appropriated Fund (NAF) resources. 2. How many years of documented experience do you possess with Uniform Funding and Management (UFM) policy and execution, tracking UFM offsets and coordinating with CNIC to ensure the integration of APF and NAF funding to achieve a balanced financial plan? (limit characters)
3. How many years of experience do you possess working with SAP (Navy ERP), specifically, experience with cost center accounting, general ledger management, journal voucher creation, and financial reporting? (limit characters)
4. How many years of documented experience in budgeting principles, multi-year planning, and fund execution do you possess?
