  • At least one year of experience as an Army MWR Financial Management Branch supervisor responsible for subordinate staff.
  • At least three years of experience working within an Army MWR Financial Management Branch.
  • At least three years of experience with the IMCOM Headquarters or IMCOM Directorate Financial Management Branch.

3. Do you possess demonstrated experience administering Army MWR Financial Management programs such as:
  • Overseeing all phases of the non-appropriated fund (NAF) annual operating budget, budget vs actual variance reports, reviewing financial statements, internal controls, Capital Purchase and Minor Construction (CPMC) budget, and NAF Major Construction (NAFMC) program.
  • Using Army MWR management information systems (MIS) such as Financial Management Budgeting System (FMBS), Standard Management Information Reports for Finance (SMIRF), SNACS, government purchase card (GPC), travel, RecTrac, and the Installation Management Employee Tracking System (IMETS).

4. Do you possess demonstrated competence in Microsoft Office products with an emphasis on Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Power BI, etc. to prepare reports and briefings based on financial performance, program usage, trends, etc.? (limit characters)
