This position has been designated as SPECIAL-SENSITIVE position and requires a security clearance at the TOP SECRET/SCI level, as the individual will be required to access classified information. The employee is required to obtain and maintain this clearance level, and failure to do so may result in separation from federal service. Incumbent must posses and maintain Interagency Training Center Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) Certification. The certification must be submitted at the time of application. 1.

Plans and conducts technical surveillance countermeasures (TSCM) operations.

Assisting counterintelligence and security investigations, serving as an expert concerning the TSCM program directing complex investigations for the protection of classified information as directed by the Director of National Intelligence (ONI).

Interacts with counterpart program. directors of civilian and Department of Defense criminal and counterintelligence agencies, by coordinating nationwide technical investigations and operations affecting agency personnel and resources.

Serves as the technical expert for a sting/store front/wire room operation, ensuring that the equipment remains effective and operational.

Conducts site assessments of temporary work spaces, meeting areas, and lodging accommodations used during executive travel to ensure the secure handling and protection of classified or sensitive information, as well as operational continuity.

Performs technical security surveys of travel locations and recommends counter-surveillance measures or structural modifications to enhance the physical and technical security posture during executive movements.
11.
Collaborates with architects, facility managers, and construction personnel to review and assess security aspects of executive travel venues, including site build-outs or modifications, and provides guidance to ensure compliance with security standards and implementation of corrective actions when vulnerabilities are identified.
