B. I have four or more years of specialized experience in the health and fitness field. Specialized experience includes, but is not limited to planning, organizing, coordinating, supervising, or evaluating community, industrial, outdoor, institutional, or other recreational programs; Planning, establishing, or evaluating a recreational curriculum for junior college or higher academic levels; Instructing in the principles and techniques of recreational program planning and management; Serving in a leadership role in the programs and activities of local, regional, and/or national recreational organizations; Personal training or group fitness instructor.

C. I have a combination of education and specialized experience in the health and fitness field that equates to at least a four-year undergraduate degree. Specialized experience includes, but is not limited to planning, organizing, coordinating, supervising, or evaluating community, industrial, outdoor, institutional, or other recreational programs; Planning, establishing, or evaluating a recreational curriculum for junior college or higher academic levels; Instructing in the principles and techniques of recreational program planning and management; Serving in a leadership role in the programs and activities of local, regional, and/or national recreational organizations; Personal training or group fitness instructor.

D. I do not have a degree in Recreation or other health related field, four or more years of specialized experience, or a combination of those.

3. Do you currently possess a Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer or Certification from NCCA accredited health/fitness organization. Copies of your certifications must be included in your application in order to be considered for this position.

4. A primary certification with elements of group fitness from one of the following accepted accredited health or fitness organizations is required for this position. This may include group fitness relating, but not limited to, yoga, barre, cycling, aquatics, etc. Please select the agency where your certification is obtained from. 5. What is your experience in providing fitness training and programming to individuals and groups?
