(3) Monitoring, reviewing, and analyzing operational processes to provide recommendations to improve workflow and increase efficiency; AND

8. Coordinates storage, processing, and servicing of GPO records at Federal Records Centers and on-site storage locations. (limit characters)
9. Coordinates the administration of printing contracts with various vendors for miscellaneous services related to mail processing. (limit characters)
10. Develops and prepares budget estimates, purchase requests, and justifications for all GPO postage expenses. (limit characters)
11. Performs the full range of supervisory responsibilities including selecting employees, setting performance goals, evaluating performance, making work assignments and setting work priorities, resolving conflicts, providing training, and promoting and rewarding employees. (limit characters)
12. Oversees all activities of areas of responsibility - GPO Records Management Program (RMP), GPO Directives System, and Postage Accountability. (limit characters)
13. Leads, manages, and promotes the Agency-wide Records Management Program, including development of directives, policies, standards, guidelines, procedures, and training for the GPO  Records Management Program (RMP) implementation. (limit characters)
14. Leads the tasks involving development, maintenance, and issuance of GPO's Comprehensive Records Schedule (CRS). (limit characters)
15. Develops metrics for GPO's Records Management Program and ensures sound information governance and accountability measures are in place. (limit characters)
16. Establishes a program for the periodic evaluation of all aspects of the GPO Records Management Program. (limit characters)
17. Surveys to measure the effectiveness of electronic systems, operations of the GPO central files, and general program improvement purposes to identify and recommend new or alternative procedures. (limit characters)

27. Serves as the Agency Mail Manager for GPO and acts as the GPO liaison with the United States Postal Service (USPS) and the General Services Administration concerning mail management matters. (limit characters)
