Must have experience planning, directing, and administering force support programs for wing military personnel and associate units. Must have knowledge of the basic concepts, principles, and theories of military human resources management and the ability to adapt these to meet mission requirements of the state. Must have the analytical ability, judgment, discretion, and mastery level knowledge of a substantial body of administrative or program principles, concepts, policies, and objectives.
