2. Follow organizational practices, techniques, laws, regulations, policies, standards, and procedures applicable to the dispatching of law enforcement, fire, medical, and emergency resources.

3. Completes phone interviews of 911, or other emergency callers, ensuring to gather all critical information.

4. Support the National Park Service, or other organizational units, during ground, marine and air interceptions, pursuits and the apprehension of violators of Federal, state, or local laws.

5. Dispatch personnel and equipment for emergency incidents like search and rescue, law enforcement operations, fires, emergency medical incidents, and HAZMAT incidents.

6. Utilize a variety of telecommunications equipment including radios, land line/satellite, mobile phones, and computer networks, to provide communications and logistical support to law enforcement, fire, search and rescue, emergency medical and HAZMAT incidents, aviation and other Federal, state and local emergency personnel.

7. Experience in utilizing Public Safety Telecommunicator and Emergency Medical Dispatch protocols.

8. Monitor fire and intrusion alarms, closed circuit camera systems, and other electronic surveillance and monitoring systems.

12. Provide training to dispatchers on the use and rules and regulations of a state Public Safety Computer Network.

13. Utilized a computer aided dispatch (CAD) systems, including entering and validating locations, adding units, using command lines, creating incidents, entering radio log entries in the appropriate call for service.

14. Experience in utilizing the NPS Records Disposition Handbook, RM-9 and other regulations and policies to manage an emergency dispatch center's files.

15. Compile law enforcement information and statistics, including utilizing Microsoft Office programs in combination with CAD and RMS systems to create graphs and tables to visually represent data.
