Eligibilities
1.
Are you a Department of Defense (DoD) Air Force Nonappropriated Fund (NAF) employee separated by a business-based action within the last year? If claiming yes, a copy of the AF Form 2545 or notice of separation due to business based action must be uploaded with your application to receive priority consideration.
2.
Are you a Veteran? If claiming yes, a copy of the DD 214 (member 4 or service 2 copy) or equivalent must be uploaded with your application to receive priority consideration.
3.
Have you been involuntarily separated from the Armed Services with an honorable or general under honorable conditions discharge within the last year? If claiming yes, a copy of your transition assistance identification card must be uploaded with your application to receive preference.

Appointment to this position is subject to a background investigation to determine your suitability for Federal employment. Are you willing to submit the proper documentation to have a background investigation completed?

The duties of this position meet the criteria for compliance with Federal and Air Force policy. This position is subject to a pre-employment screening, and random testing thereafter, to include testing based on reasonable suspicion and testing due to direct involvement with an on-duty accident. Are you willing to refrain from the use of illegal drugs and submit to a pre-employment drug screening and random testing thereafter to obtain and maintain employment in this position?

The duties of this position require the incumbent to possess or obtain and maintain a valid state Driver's License in one of the 50 U.S. states or possessions to operate vehicles. Do you currently possess or are you willing and able to obtain and maintain a valid license to comply with this requirement?

This position requires shift work to provide coverage on evenings, weekends, holidays, or special situations. Are you willing and able to work an assigned shift to meet work requirements?

General Experience: Planning, organizing, coordinating, supervising, or evaluating outdoor recreational programs; developing and executing a program level budget; evaluating and/or instructing in the principles and techniques of recreational program planning and management; and the ability to supervise and lead a team of employees.
OR
Education: Undergraduate (Associates or Bachelor's degree) or Graduate (Masters' degree) education with a major study in general recreation or the fields of: outdoor recreation or youth recreation or community recreation.
