Related experience includes: start, operate, adjust, stop, maintain, and perform various operational repairs on single or multiple fuel power boilers and associated auxiliary and pollution control equipment; monitor, adjust and control all phases of boiler plant operations; regularly observe and note readings on gauges, meters, detectors, recorders, boiler water level indicators; maintain precise control over the quality or purity of steam produced; make decisions and changes to steam plant configuration to ensure it is safe, efficient and uninterrupted operations; use manual and automatic controls to safely operate a high pressure steam boiler plant; reading and interpretation work orders, instructions, specifications diagrams, drawings, and operation manuals; using and maintaining the tools and equipment; and perform duties with dexterity and safety.
