A. I have a master’s degree (or higher degree) in social work from a school accredited by the Council on Social Work Education. (Note: You must attach a copy of your transcripts.)

2. Select the one statement that best describes the experience that you possess that demonstrates your ability to perform the work of Social Worker (Clinical) at the GS-12 grade level or equivalent pay band in the Federal Service.

A. I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service which includes bio-psychosocial evaluations of behavioral health patients, providing individual or group clinical counseling, and developing behavioral health treatment plans or recommendations.

B. My experience is not reflected in the above statement.
