Utility Systems Repairer Operator at this level must demonstrate the following trades: operate, maintain, and monitor, a water treatment system. Inspect, activate, deactivate, maintain, and repair a potable water distribution system. Ensure water meets the requirements of the Safe Drinking Water Act and State Department of Public Health and Environment standards to include testing, adjusting, and using Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems. Water and Wastewater Treatment Certification Requirements for Flagstaff Area National Monuments: Applicants must possess and maintain a State of Arizona (or other state's equivalent) Water Treatment Operator Grade Two.
