Utility Systems Repairer Operator at this level must demonstrate the following trades: operate, maintain, and monitor, a water treatment system. Inspect, activate, deactivate, maintain, and repair a potable water distribution system. Ensure water meets the requirements of the Safe Drinking Water Act and State Department of Public Health and Environment standards to include testing, adjusting, and using Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems. Repair and maintain all facets of a potable water treatment facility including repair work on plumbing fixtures, service lines, and valves.
