3. I possess a current, active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Marriage and Family Counselor, or Professional Counselor in a State, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States. (limit characters)
4. This position requires selectee to submit to a background investigation to verify suitability for employment. The background investigation may include all of some of the following: a review of any criminal history, past or current indebtedness, legal or illegal drug use, other factions that may impeded successful performance on the job. 5. This position requires selectee to satisfactorily complete all background checks in accordance with PL 101-647 to include National Agency Check with Written Inquiries (NACI). If access to Government computer, databases, and/or systems is required in the performance of duties, the incumbent must pass SF- 86/Eligibility for Secret Clearance upon hire and periodically thereafter as a condition of employment. To obtain a Secret Clearance, selectee must be a U.S. Citizen. I am willing and able to submit to a background investigation to verify suitability for employment for this position. (limit characters)
6. Incumbent must meet the qualification requirements for Tier II clinical providers described in SECNAVINST 1754.8, "Credentials Review and Clinical Privileging of Clinical Providers within Department of the Navy Family Readiness Program"; must obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for Secret security clearance with child care eligibility for the duration of employment; requires Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel approximately up to 20% of time away from the regular duty station; may be required to work flexible hours to include after hours/weekends; will require routine on-site access to government facilities. The incumbent may perform the required tasks at an off-site location for situational telework only; and must have a valid state-issued driver's license. (limit characters)
