1. Do you have the ability to perform the duties of the work of a Pipefitter (WG-10) without more than normal supervision? Related experience includes:  Leads Pipefitters in the performance plans and schedules work, considering factors such as the type of projects involved, materials needed, weather, disruption to patient care, disruption to medical center business, coordination, manpower availability, and priorities as set by higher level of supervision. Makes interpretive decisions within program limits established at higher levels. Accomplishes work of the unit through his/her own supervision. Incumbent is free to carry out work assignments without technical supervision and review. Works independently on routine and unusual assignments with direct responsibility for accomplishing the work through economical and efficient use of personnel, equipment, and materials. Discusses uncommon problems on difficult assignments with the Plumbing Team supervisor. Possesses considerable latitude in processing work assignments using own judgment and initiative. Follows generally accepted practices of construction and maintenance trades, taking independent action as required.
