A bachelors degree in social work; psychology; marriage, family, and child counseling; counseling or behavioral science; or criminal justice AND 3 years of full time work experience in assisting and providing advocacy services to victims of domestic abuse or sexual assault (Resume MUST reflect experience and MUST provide official transcripts)

B. At least 3 years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph.D. degree or Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree (MUST provide official transcripts)

C. A bachelors degree in social work; psychology; marriage, family, and child counseling; counseling or behavioral science; or criminal justice AND 1 year specialized experience at the NF-04/GS-09 level (MUST provide official transcripts and MUST provide most recent personnel action/SF50 at the NF-04/GS-09 level)
