2. Assists with monitoring airline requirements to ensure that Field Office Travel Coordinators (FOTC) submit required security documentation to airlines as appropriate (limit characters)
3. Assists with providing direct input to Air Management on projects including providing insight on challenges with complex removals experienced by the ERO Field Offices (limit characters)
4. Assists with providing basic travel guidance on the documentation and travel requirements necessary to complete a removal or transfer mission via commercial airline and/or charter aircraft, to include agency forms, foreign issued travel documents, and air carrier security documentation. 5. Assists with reviewing incoming travel requests from field offices and outside agencies. (limit characters)
6. Establishes charter schedules, reserves seat requests, builds manifests, and adjusts flight schedules in accordance with everchanging operational requirements. (limit characters)
7. Supports checks on correspondence among a variety of stakeholders to ensure U.S. laws, federal agency policies, and commercial and charter-air related guidelines and policies are satisfied. (limit characters)
8. Assists with providing clarification of  travel guidelines to include allowable transit locations, routes, notification timelines, and approval of transit dates and routes. (limit characters)
9. Responsible for completing and submitting cable notifications to U.S. Embassies, ICE Attaché personnel, and Department of State (DOS) Regional Security Officers worldwide in the receiving and transit countries for scheduled removal missions ensuring accuracy. (limit characters)
