Eligibilities
1.
Are you a current Permanent (Tenure 1 OR 2) full-time Dual Status Air National Guard Technician at the Wing announcing the position within the state for which this position is being advertised?
To verify your eligibility, you must submit a copy of your Notification of Personnel Action, Standard Form 50 (SF 50) reflecting your Tenure status in Block 24 (1, 2, or 3).
Lateral requests must be a current full-time Tennessee National Guard PERMANENT (Tenure 1 or Tenure 2) on-board employee, in the same occupational series, same pay grade or higher and meet the qualification requirements for the position blocks 16-18 will reflect Occupational Series Code and grade level.

Provides actual formal classroom instruction and on-the-job experience through flying simulated or real-world missions.

Determines the adequacy of procedures and techniques for the unit's mission/weapons system and recommends and submits changes as necessary.

Inputs data into onboard computer systems. Updates Air Traffic Information System (ATIS) information and Take Off and Landing Data (TOLD) as required.
6.
Operates and regulates environmental, hydraulic, fuel, electrical, pressurization, radar, and other systems as required by the applicable flight manual.
7.
Computes weight and balance to determine proper weight distribution and provides timely and correct takeoff and landing data.
8.
Preflights and inspects cargo/passenger carrying systems, condition of cargo roller handling system, shoring for floor protection, seating and life support equipment.
