This includes: operating vans, trucks, etc. for delivering items and transporting passengers/patients to and from a facility; uses proper loading and unloading techniques to avoid injuries to self and others; track/log travel miles and gas usage; maneuvering vehicles within close tolerances when driving, to include backing up in narrow and congested areas, between buildings and other vehicles, and when positioning for loading and unloading passengers/patients, cargo and/or equipment; completing trip tickets; and performing operator maintenance on vehicles such as checking fluid levels, tire air pressure, cleaning, and washing vehicles; possess the ability to receive, interpret and understand general instruction and complete assignments independently. 3. Operates a variety of automotive equipment, including passenger cars, vans, patient transport vans, ambulances, panel trucks, pick-up trucks, cargo vans, ambulance buses, vehicles that
