Plans and schedules short term and long term HYAC projects and installations.

Plans and schedules work of HYAC employees to perfom1 maintenance, repairs, and installations.

Plans and schedules work of HYAC employees to perform maintenance, repairs, and installations.
10.
Supervises the installation and maintenance of new and existing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and distribution lines.
11.
Instructs and advises HYAC employees in proper operations, maintenance, and repair of all HYAC and refrigeration components within the facility.
12.
Evaluates employee performance and counsels employees, and administers disciplinary action, when needed.
13.
Assures employees are adhering to proper housekeeping, sanitation, safety standards, and standard operating procedures.
14.
Serves as COR for HYAC related service and maintenance contracts, and projects.
