Eligibilities

10. Supervises the installation and maintenance of new and existing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and distribution lines. (limit characters)
11. Instructs and advises HYAC employees in proper operations, maintenance, and repair of all HYAC and refrigeration components within the facility. (limit characters)
12. Evaluates employee performance and counsels employees, and administers disciplinary action, when needed. (limit characters)
13. Assures employees are adhering to proper housekeeping, sanitation, safety standards, and standard operating procedures. (limit characters)
14. Serves as COR for HYAC related service and maintenance contracts, and projects. (limit characters)
