7. Operates the Energy Management System including thermal storage systems and controls. (limit characters)
8. Repairs, installs and maintains all types of refrigeration equipment including ice machines, freezers, walk-in coolers, expansion valves, condenser water pumps, chilled water pump, cooling tower fans and motor, and air handing units.

9. Maintains exhaust fans, fume hood fans, return air fans, and both direct and belt driving types.

10. Adjusts and records all findings such as compressor temperatures, water temperatures, oil pressures and other information pertinent to the safe and efficient operation of all equipment.

11. Maintain the complex and extensive HVAC controls and building automation systems involving the interfacing of electric, electromechanical, pneumatic and electronic systems. (limit characters)
12. Utilizes diagrams, drawings, operating manuals and special facility procedures to repair and maintain building HVAC systems.

14. Tests units and systems upon completion of repair to ensure that the air is conditioned, or equipment is repaired according to requirements.

15. Selects materials and obtains replacement parts by comparison with the part to be replaced, or by reference to supply lists and manufacturers' catalogs.

Troubleshoots all air conditioning and refrigeration equipment from 1/4-ton systems to 300 ton systems; equipment types ¼ to 2 HP hermetic compressors, one to forty tons reciprocating compressor and five 600-ton centrifugal compressors; also air and water cooled condensers, dry and wet-type evaporators.
